ReligiousFineArts.com will replace lost products provided the shipping company confirms that the product was not delivered. Returns will only be accepted to replace defective products, damaged products or incorrect products shipped by mistake.

Fine Art Prints: If the fine art print you receive is defective, does not match your order, or was damaged during shipping, it will be replaced. Please take one photo of the product(s) and one of the shipping container, attach them to an email and send to support@religiousfinearts.com. Please include your order number and the shipping ID. All claims must be reported (by email) within 7 business days of receipt by the customer. Claims will not be accepted after 7 business days. You will receive an email with replacement details.
Banners: If the banner you receive does not match your order, you must return the banner so the correct banner can be shipped to you. If the banner you receive contains any significant defects in material or workmanship, you must return the banner for re-printing or adjusting. All returned merchandise must be received by the banner printing company within 7 business days of receipt by the customer. Claims will not be accepted after 7 business days.
Prayer Cards: If the prayer cards you receive do not match your order or were damaged during shipping, they will be replaced. Please take one photo of the product(s) and one of the shipping container, attach them to an email and send to support@religiousfinearts.com. Please include your order number and the shipping ID.
