Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an email order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our printer, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Fraudulent and Suspicious Orders

This site monitors for fraudulent orders using address verification and IP address tracking to locate the source of all orders. Persons attempting to place fraudulent orders will be located and prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by U.S. and international law.

If you place a suspicious order, you may be contacted by phone and/or e-mail and may be required to fax or e-mail a photocopy of your driver's license and both sides of your credit card. We may also contact you by telephone and request the CVV number from your credit card. We reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders without any reason or cause. In this case, we will refund any credit card payment already made for such order (without interest). This refund will constitute our sole and exclusive liability, and the customer's sole and exclusive remedy, for the cancellation of the order.
